Was a great place to take our Samoyed for dog grooming very freindly and informative staff, after 3 hours of grooming by Phobe our dog was not stressed out at all and looked amazing. Got some great tips from Viki on how to look after her coat. Would definately Recomend Village Pets. They also do day and night care booked our dog in while we have annual holiday.

Village Pets has done the world of good for my dog and also me! He absolutely loves it there and I can relax knowing he’s somewhere safe, he’s going to be well looked after, but also having a great time. I love receiving the updates of photos from the day. I would be lost without this place now. It’s so professional, the app is great and easy to use to book in and get the photos. Thanks to everyone that works at Village Pets, you do a fab job!

Our boys love their holidays at VP. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can access your account easily, and there is a daily upload of photos, so you can catch up on your dogs adventures while you are away. The booking system is user-friendly and very efficient.

We used Village Pets for our Cockapoo in June 2023 for two weeks boarding, it was our first time leaving her (she was six months old). She had a great time and we were updated regularly with photos, which was brilliant and our children loved seeing. We also now use the grooming service at Village Pets and the first time we collected our dog we were so happy, she looked so much better than previous grooms elsewhere. I’d definitely recommend using Village Pets, they not only offer great services but really care about your dogs.

Our boy is handsome (in our eyes anyway) but the groomers makes him look even more handsome! She listens to our requests on length and has cut him beautifully. Highly recommend!

My cockapoo has been coming to Village pets since he was old enough to go, he is now just over two and absolutely loves it! I am so pleased we found the wonderful peeps here and can't recommend them enough. He goes three times a week to play and has recently started having his grooms there too. The team are fabulous, helpful, friendly and most important of all love our little boy and he loves them! Vikz is so helpful and will always try her best to accommodate our needs. I have sent my two greyhounds to Village Pets for boarding a few times now and they are the only place I would use! You get peace of mind about their stay with the regular photo updates and Judge and Jett have come home fully exercised and refreshed from their time there on each and every occasion. The staff are genuinely caring and very thorough with the checking in and pick up procedures. Thanks once again Village Pets!

Lenny our Frenchie came to stay in July, it was his first time in this environment so I wanted to make sure we chose the right place, after asking for recommendations village pets kept coming up. Vicki and Celia were fantastic, they explained everything and made me feel so comfortable, you can tell they adore the dogs who choice to come to village pets for there holidays. We have been using Village Pets for a year now and have had excellent service throughout. Very professional and friendly staff and management are fully involved in the daily running of the business. Most importantly, our dog is very happy to go there and enjoys the time with his furry friends.
